clock is ticking...

well, the days are going by so quickly now....
only 7 more sleeps and the farm is ours...
there is so much to do and I thought I had so much time! Where did it go?
Ok, so before we list the house we need to redo the cedar on the front, restain the patio, I've already done the south trim, I should paint above the cupboards in the kitchen (did tonight after the kids went to bed), still need to pack ALOT of stuff, oh and sort all that stuff I've been shoving in the back bedroom for my garage sale.
You know I always say my annual garage sale is gonna be early in the year and every year I'm fighting just to fit it in before summer is over! And then there's people who've never had a garage sale! How can they do that?! Do their walls absorb the extra crap throughout the year?
K, so back to the whole house thing- ahhh. there's not enough time. And today when I was driving back up to the house after taking a load out to the farm, I noticed one of the local realtors stopped in front of our house. Not parked, just stopped on the road. Probably scoping it out cause you know it is a small town and everyone on coffee row is already chatting about "the Kolody move." Angela comes on Monday to list the house for us. I think it's gonna be a real shocker to find out the appraisal on our home. And then the reality when she stakes that FOR SALE sign into my green grass. After this week it could be someone else's green grass....
thinking there could be some tears shed.
this is where i brought 2 babies home to,
I became a career woman, a wife, and a mother in this house,
there's more memories here than I think the rest of my family realizes.
sure we want out to the farm in the worst way, but it's so sudden
WHAT ABOUT MY APPLE TREE!?
I can't take it with.
oh boy. listen to me getting all sentimental about a tree...
k, well off to pack one more box and then it's off to bed.
maybe the rain will stop tomorrow so we can paint- then again, we need the rain!
LET IT POUR!
